“Hi, its nice to meet you”
Before getting into UX design, I was a bicycle mechanic. I worked in all parts of the bicycle industry from professional racing to manufacturing. I spent the last decade managing the service departments of bicycle retailers. This taught me the value of the customers experience. Going out for a bike ride can be the most healing part of someones day/week/year. Any problem with the bike has the potential to ruin that moment
As a mechanic I tuned my ability to understand and explain complicated processes and instructions. This has been extremely helpful working within a design team and with new technologies. I bring my extreme attention to detail, developed thru years of mechanical service, into UX design. I look forward to designing great experiences that make a positive impact in everyday life.
